We are an established real estate company in Business Bay and are currently looking for Female Office Admin cum Secretary.

• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Should be presentable, decent and smart
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Application
• Can easily adjust with new environment
• General administrative and clerical support
• Self motivated & confident
• Can work under pressure
• Quick grasp of learning new things
• Strong convincing & understanding skills
• At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate
• Must be available to join immediately

Responsibilities:
*Emailing coordination
*Reporting to the General Manager and Chairman
*Report of transactions and basic accounting
*Set-up reminders and arranging viewings
*Answer queries by clients
*Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
